STANDART
FORM CONTRACT
The payment of the guidance services implies the client's unconditional acceptance to this standart form contract. These conditions can be consulted at any time on this webpage, and can be adapted or modified with no prior notice from the underby mentioned service provider.
The conditions applicabled to the proposed services are these in effect by the date of the booking.
NATURE OF THE SERVICES
The services are guidance services assured by mademoiselle Julie Schmitt, self employed (sole proprietorship) and holder of the lecturing guide professional card, delivered by both of the french culture and tourism departments -in accordance with the french decree n°2011-930 relating to the qualified persons for the conduct of commented visits in the museums and historical monuments in France.
FARES
The pricing of the services are indicated in euros (€) and can be consulted online at any time on this webpage or precised on the individual pages linked to the proposed visits.

Two price lists are distinguished, established on the number of the participants and on the duration of the service to be performed, in order to guarantee the access to said guided tours to all and to the culture they promote. All fares are out of taxes, as VAT is unapplicable -according to the article 293B of the french General Tax Code.

EXTRA CHARGES
The price lists above detailed include the duration of a service (mealtime included), settled from a preset place of departure to a preset place of arriving. It means that the fares above detailed do not include possible travel expenses, nor the guide's meal (as part of circuits).
Then, you can be asked to pay in addition:

a fixed price of 18€ per meal that is not payed by the group
-
an extra cost, variable, depending on the mileage distance of the place to visit
No extra fee will be asked for the presence of a domestical animal in the group.

Other discount prices can be applicable in exceptional circumstances.
CONDITIONS FOR PAIEMENT​
The payment of the guided tours needs to be done in euros (€), at the latest the day of the service to perform.

In cash, given to the guide before the beginning of the service.

In cheque, given to the guide before the beginning of the service.

By bank transfer, before the beginning of the service.

MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE
All modification of the service (schedule, topic, number of participants...) needs to be notified at the latest 48 hours before the beggining of it. This, in order to agree for the best for both of the guide and the group.
Nevertheless, the duration of the guided tour can be modified in certain exceptional cases :

Lateness of the group ; The guide waits for the group the 45 minutes following the preset meeting hour. Beyond, without any reason or warning, the guided tour is no longer guaranted, and the initial amount remains owed in full. If the group come, the service may be honored, completely or shortened, depending on the possibilities of the guide and the group. These extra hours will be billed on the basis of the fares in effect.

Lateness of the guide ; The group waits for the guide the 30 minutes following the preset meeting hour. Beyond, without any reason or warning from the guide, the group have the right to cancel the visit and to claim a full refund. If the guide come, the service may be honored, completely or shortened, depending on the possibilites of the group and the guide. A compensation may be claimed to 50% of the service's preset price.

Case of force majeure ; The responsibility of the guide may not be involved in such exceptional cases out of his control (closure or unexpected acts of a touristical place...). No compensation will be claimable by the group for non-performance, and the amount of the service will not be owed.
CANCELATION OF THE SERVICE
All type of cancelation of the service has to be notified in writing at the latest 24 hours before the beggining of it.
If the group don't come, if the duration of the tour is shortened, or if it is canceled less than 24 hours before, the initial amount is owed in full.
